Swiss U16 will play for fifth place after win over GB in B semi-final

In the stormy atmosphere created by a large group of Swiss fans, their favourites were on top from the start. Livio Limacher scored in the ninth minute, and two minutes later it was 3-0 for Switzerland. The goal whirlwind continued in the second period, with the Swiss scoring three times in the first five minutes. The British game improved after a netminding change – Lewis Curry made several good saves, but conceded again in the second period to make it 7-0. The confident show by the Swiss continued, the Alpine team won 12-0 and will face a fight for fifth place with Czechia White.
